Tuna Tartare with Saffron Aioli

Tuna
Tartare
Fresh
tuna, sashimi grade, small cubes
Sesame oil
Dash soy sauce
Green onions
Mix
all together. Keep chilled.
Saffron Aioli
1
c mayonnaise, such as Hellman's or Best Foods (not sweet)
Large pinch saffron threads
3-4 cloves garlic, minced or smashed and chopped fine
1 t fresh lemon juice
Dash of Worchestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix
the mayonnaise and saffron together until the threads begin to
release color. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Allow to rest
in the cooler an hour until the saffron releases color and flavor.
