Smoked Sturgeon with
Classic Tartar Sauce
Serve the smoked sturgeon with a salad, fried crispy wonton wrappers, and a tartar sauce.

Classic
Tartar Sauce
1 c mayonnaise,
such as Hellman's or Best Foods (not sweet)
2 T cornichons or gherkins, chopped
2 T parsley, chopped
1 T capers, chopped
1 T white onion, chopped
Squeeze of lemon
Combine
all ingredients together. Serve.
