Smoked Salmon Napoleon

Phyllo sheets
Melted butter
Mesclun salad tossed with desired prepared vinaigrette

Brush a phyllo sheet with melted butter, and place another phyllo sheet on top. Brush again with melted butter and continue until five sheets are stacked. Place on sheet pan, and cut into squares. Bake until lightly browned. Score between the cut lines and allow to cool.

Stack on plate alternating layers of baked phyllo, smoked salmon, and tossed greens. Drizzle plate with additional prepared dressing or vinaigrette.
