Prawns: Corndog Style

Prawns:
Corndog Style
Prawns,
left whole, tail shells removed and deviened
Prepared favorite hush puppy mix, made with less water to
make batter thicker
Oil for deep frying
Heat deep
fryer to 350°F. Attach/thread skewer into prawn, through the
head to the bottom of the tail. Dip into prepared batter and deep
fry until golden and prawn is done. Transfer to towelling to drain.
Serve.
