Firecracker Shrimp
Wonton
wrappers
Shrimp, marinated for 1 hour in a mixture of:
Soy Sauce
1 part
Honey 1
part
Garlic,
minced
Ginger,
pressed
Orange peel,
grated
Shallots,
minced
Take the
marinated shrimp and shake to remove excess marinate. Wrap in
wonton skin and wrap. Wet edges and seal. Repeat with remaining
shrimp. Deep fry shimp in oil set for 350°F. Fry until golden
and shrimp is done. Remove from oil, repeat with remaining wrapped
shrimp.
