Classic Caviar Set Up
Each of the condiments for the caviar are placed in their own dish. The sieved egg whites and yolks may be placed side-by-side in a dish for color. The caviar is placed on ice, and the toast points are lightly wrapped or simply covered with linen or a napkin.
