How to Devein Crayfish
By Renee Shelton
- With
one hand, begin by pressing the body of the live crayfish down flat.
- With
opposite hand, lift back flap or center bottom tail and twist gently
to free the vein that is attached to this part.
- Gently
pull this freed part of the tail back to remove the intestinal vein.
